    Xbox One S repair unavailable?


    My Xbox One S is starting but not running and we did all the troubleshooting steps correctly from restart/reset to offline system upgrade so next would be get a ticket and get it repaired. It's out of warranty but I wouldn't mind paying for repairs.

    First I couldn't go through even the process to order a repair, probably because the browsers incompetency of the website (tried Iphone, laptop...). Fast forward it ended with a message that services not available.

    Trying to get a callback but it doesn't work either saying something went wrong from our side when I give my mobile number. So-so fed up!!!

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with your console.

    Unfortunately, Xbox One consoles are no longer manufactured, and because of this, out-of-warranty service orders are not available for them; if you need to have yours repaired, I'm afraid you'd have to use a third-party service. My apologies.

    If you don't mind, could you tell me a bit more about your console's problem? perhaps there's still something we could try to fix it.

    redirected twice, e74, console not banned, account not suspended, can't get repaired, please help!

    basically it boils down to this...WHY?

    i registered the console, but received the following when trying to submit s repair ticket..

    "Sorry! This Xbox product is currently unavailable to submit for repair. If you have questions about this, please contact Xbox Support"

    i'm not one of those "upset, irate customers" i just need need to know "why" answered before perusing other options if "repair" is not one of them...another ps3? ps4? WiiU? wait for "720?" buy another 360? etc, etc...
