Xbox One S Registration

Anybody else having issues with this? I am attempting to register it so I can get my Kinect adapter but it keeps erroring out and stating that it will be fixed.

Warranty registration - XBOX One S

Cannot seem to register my XBOX One S, as the online form says my phone number is invalid, which it isnt!!, I have entered both my landline and mobile(cell) numbers in domestic format and international format and both dont work, have tried on 3 internet
browers (edge, chrome and firefox)

Any ideas, BTW I'm UK based.

The upgrade to Xbox One S was a special offer that was sent out to select members in October. Since this was before your registration, you were not eligible for that offer.

Can you clarify what the exact error you're receiving is? If you're still having trouble registering your console let's get you in contact with
Phone/Chat support. They should be able to best help out with that. Keep us in the loop

 

Yes! I talked to Support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX yesterday and they were aware of the issue. Apparently there is some sort of issue with their systems that is causing the registration issues. If you call Support, they will tell you it will take about 48-72
hours until things are fixed. Well, at least that's what I was told Yesterday. I tried to register my XBOX One S console online this morning with no success either.

With the free Kinect adapter, which i also want. That is another mess, because they don't seem to have any specific release date for it. Again, calling support gets you a ticket ID that you can throw in their face to ensure you get one at cost, once Microsoft
fixes their crap!

Yeah I still haven't been able to. But I do have my adapter being delivered on Friday.

Mister Maka, the error I was getting was basically a red text stating that I am unable to register and that the team has been alerted to fix it. That is it lol

But I did contact customer care later that day and made them aware of it and got the order put in at least.

 

Finally got my adapter ordered! I am not sure if they got my console registered but I could care less about that. As long as I get my Kinect Adapter and Microsoft fixes the issues getting the console into 4k UHD, then I am happy. I always keep my receipts
anyway.
