Xbox One S randomly disconnects from Live

I saw a post previously similar to my situation but when asked to provide detailed info yhe lerson never responded back.

My xbox one s disconnects from xbox live every five to ten minutes or so. It’s still connected to my WiFi, but wont connect to live. I then have to disconnect my internet, wait a minute, then reconnect to it, just to repeat it after it diconnects again.
I’ve googled it and apparently it’s just a fault with the One S’s, and the websites i’ve gone into gave some workarounds that were supposed to help permanently. One suggestion was to turn off instant-on, which worked for a day. I then had to do a weird combination
of disconnecting my WiFi and toggling between instant-on and energy saving. That worked for about a week, then stopped. I tried moving my xbox to where my PS4 (which never had these problems) used to be and left the xbox unplugged overnight. That worked for
the next day. I went so far as to factory reset my xbox, and that only worked for a day.

upload speed: 8.22 Mbps

latency: 85ms

WIRELESS STRENTHH: 100%

Restrictions on what i can do:

Can’t use a wired connection

Can’t change router prioritizatons

don’t worry about this below it wouldnt let me select it for some reason
