    Xbox one s random disconnects


    Ive been having issues with my xbox one s since day one of buying it. Every 30mins to 1hour it will disconnect from xbox live for around 5-10 seconds and then come back online. Ive looked up so many things online but i could not find a way to fix it :/
    it can get so frustrating to disconnect in the middle of online games. My network connection is fine and nothing else in the house ever disconnects so it must be something with xbox. I have a 65mbps download and a 11mbps upload i aso have 0% packet loss. Please
    help i have no idea what to do and its ruining my xbox experience

    2 Xbox's on 1 Router.

    So you can have one XBOX 360 connected (wireless) without being disconnected at all, but as soon as you add another XBOX 360 in the mix you get random disconnects? Can you actually try one wired and one wireless and see if you still have issues with random
    disconnects with both XBOX 360's being on the same router?

    Would you provide a few more details.

    Are you using WiFi or wired ethernet to connect console, (og, S or X) to router/gateway?

    Troubleshoot random disconnects may assist you.
