Xbox One S - Rainbow 6 Seige freezes every 5 seconds - HELP ?

I understand that you're experiencing issues with your Xbox One S and Rainbow Six Siege game freezing. I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot this issue.

Before we proceed with the troubleshooting steps. I will be asking you few questions that would help us understand the issue further:

- When was this issue starts?
- Is happening to other games that you have on your Xbox One S?

Let's try some troubleshooting steps:

1. Let's set your Xbox One S console to energy saver. To do this, follow the steps:

- Go to Xbox Settings
- Select General
- Select Power Option or Power mode and Startup
- Set it to energy saver
- Once you done activating the Energy saver, proceed to the steps 2.



2. Clear some network cache on your Xbox console. To do this , follow the steps:

- Go to Xbox Settings
- Select General
- Select Network Settings
- Select Advanced option
- Select Alternate Mac address
- Select Clear
- Select Restart console

3. Let's proceed deleting temporary files. To do this, follow the steps:

- Go to Xbox Settings
- Select General
- Select Storage
- Clear local saved games
- Once it done, proceed to the steps 4.



4. Clear your Xbox One S cache: Press and hold the power button on the front of your Xbox One S until it turns off completely. Unplug the all the cables from the back of the console and wait at least 1-2 minutes. Plug the all the cables back in and turn on your Xbox One S.



3. Check for game updates: Make sure that your Rainbow Six Siege game is up to date. To do this, go to "My games & apps" on your Xbox One S home screen, highlight Rainbow Six Siege, press the menu button on your controller, and select "Manage game & add-ons." From there, select "Updates" to check for any available updates.


5. May I ask for a screenshot of the result of your Network speed and Statistic on your Xbox One S? To check it, follow the steps:

- Go to Xbox Settings
- Select Network Settings
- Select Test network speed and Statistic

It is just rainbow six seige every other game launches and it’s Xbox one s

I’ve tried resetting Xbox but it isn’t letting me

Ive been wanting to get rainbow 6 seige

the game was purchased on an xbox one s. it is just the standard edition of tom clancys rainbow six seige. and i have tried searching for the game but says i have to purchase it
