    Xbox one s purchased 11/27/16


    Puchased xbox one s 11/27/16. Did not purchase any additional warranty. Xbox chirps after button is pressed then does nothing. Xbox button does not even light up. Unplugged all cables for a day then plugged directly into wall. Sometimes it will then startup
    but will freeze durring gameplay then the issue restarts. Tried contacting support but have found no direct communication to a human. What are my options for getting this repaired? Says its out of warranty using the SN but honestly I bought a xbox one X while
    it was still under warranty but am now having issues with it connecting to the internet. I have been an avid xbox consumer but am begging to lose faith as there is no option for human support and it seems the products last just outside warranty...

    I purchased an xbox one s on 11/27/16 as a christmas gift. It was opened christmas morning, but there seems to be no way to access the 360 games that were supposed to be part of the bundle.

    I meant It All Started arround the 10/27/16*, not the 11/27/16.

    To contact xbox support you would need to go to support.xbox.com/contact-us or if you are in the US/Canada you can call them at 1-800 4 my xbox

    As far as consoles lasting just past their warranty date (One Year) I have had an original Xbox One going on 3 and a half years now and a Xbox One S going on almost 3 years now and have not had any issues with either one.

    The Microsoft Device support portal calculates the warranty from the day the newly produced device left the shipping facilities. If the console was sitting on a store shelf for several months, then the warranty starts from the day of purchase. But you need
    a receipt that proves your day of purchase. Since the console comes with a one year warranty, your console should be in warranty until 11/27/17.

    To get in contact with a human being on the support, do the following:

    Go to
    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us


    There click on the Xbox One symbol, and if a virtual agent shows up, click on "No thanks..."

    Then from the list of available topics, choose Warranty and Repairs, or try other topics, and look at the tiles at the bottom of the page.

    Depending on the time of day in your country and the hours of operation from the Xbox support, you should see tiles with "Chat with Xbox Support" for a text based chat, or "Request a callback" where Xbox will call you on your phone.

    There you can then chat or talk to a real human being from the Xbox support, and get them to service your console within warranty, if you provided a proof of purchase with the date on the receipt confirming that you bought the console less than a year ago.

    I too have this problem... I purchased the DOA5LR Ultimate Content Bundle on my XBox One, I have all the costumes except for Tina #27 (Tropical Paradise) and Sarah #11 (Halloween).

    If I go to Tina's #27 costume in the store, it says I have to pay $1.99 for it, although I already paid for it in the bundle.

    I can't even find Sarah's #11 costume in the store, it's only available in bundles.
