Hi there I was E3 this year and wanted to get my free Xbox one s as part of a promotion for people attended this year, now I changed my avatar to green clothing, hair etc and changed the system to Xbox one s E3. Unfortunately I hadn't received anything yet
and I am waiting patiently. If you could resolve this matter and notify me through the given email above, I would greatly appreciate the help. Is it possible to get this promotion?

Any Xbox One would be eligible as long as you activate it by July 31.

 

Bought Xbox One S for Christmas and haven't received Reward program credits

I'm part of the Rewards program, and I purchased an Xbox One S for Christmas during the 50k promotion and didn't receive the credits. The Rewards program was having a promotion, if you sign into an Xbox One S you'd receive the credits within 15 days.

There was no Official promotion of this nature sponsored by Xbox. If you won a console as part of a promotion at E3 2016, you'd want to reach out to the folks that sponsored the promotion for fulfillment.
