Xbox one S problems? Help?

hi, so recently I've just bought a 500GB Xbox One with FIFA 17 and of the bat I noticed the power port noise when turned off it's like a non stop whine it never stops but you can only hear when very close... Another issue when I go to click on certain games
like wwe or Friday the 13th it will flash either a light blue and then start the game or a dark blue doesn't happen on all games just some is this normal am I just worrying abit? Please help me fokes!

Is this a brand new console or pre-owned and is the console laying on a flat level surface or standing vertically using a vertical stand? Does the light blue/dark blue screen happen anytime you launch a game and with all games?

hi thanks for the reply mate! And it's lying on my draws seems to be flat? I've also noticed that the noise changes its sometimes a crackling noise or a whining but it's always when the console is powered of I've tried different outlets and its the same
for everyone it's a brand new console only bought it a few days ago thanks
