Всем привет. Недавно возникла проблема с вибрацией в контроллерах, на обоих сразу, до этого играл 2 дня все было хорошо. Контроллеры стали неправильно вибрировать, от этого странные звуки издают как будто скрип или гудение, не знаю как описать. Сначала я
подумал, может кто-то уронил один контроллер, но подключил второй, у него такая же проблема, хотя на нем никто не играл, он лежал в шкафчике. Может кто сталкивался с таким? Помогите пожалуйста. Или возвращать по гарантии? Прилагается видео, где слышны странные

Follow those steps. If they end u[p not working, the last step will show you how to set up a warranty exchange.

Подобная проблема есть не только у меня, нашел еще одного человека, у которого подобная проблема. Мы думаем, что проблема на уровне программного обеспечения. Магазин товар менять отказывается, из оссии отправлять по гарантии очень проблематично и не могу
связаться с тех. поддержкой, чтобы мне объяснили, что и как нужно делать. Поэтому очень хотелось бы хотелось сначала убедится, что проблема не в программном обеспечении. Возможно ли как нибудь сообщить о проблеме разработчикам ПО?

И еще хочу заметить, в настройках контроллера на xbox есть опция "вибросигнал", когда его нажимаешь, курки вибрируют хорошо.

Thanks for responding and keeping us updated. If you believe that the firmware on the controller may be what the issue is, in going through the troubleshooting as recommended by XBF Chris, did you attempt to update the firmware of the controller? If not,
then I recommend using the Update your Xbox One Controller support article to attempt to do so to ensure that this isn't
what is causing havoc with your controller's performance. If this doesn't achieve the desired results, then please continue to exhaust all troubleshooting steps from the article recommended by XBF Chris, as it does have information in it concerning a warranty
exchange if necessary.
