    Xbox One S problem


    Hello, everyone! I've been dealing with problems playing certain games on this console. The problem is that I tried playing Overwatch and every time I join a game, and it's on the loading, it crashes, and it sends me back to the home screen. What's weird about this is that I tried with a different Xbox with the same internet and I had no problems with anything. It's only with that one Xbox, games that haven't crashed on me is only Minecraft. It launches fine most of the time, but sometimes my console turns off launching it. Apps such as Hulu make my screen flicker black, and it's just a strange thing. I have never experienced this, I tried factory resetting, I tried hard resetting it, nothing works. I've tried every solution possible and I can't pinpoint what the problem is. Anyone has a solution to this problem?

    Microsoft rep had me plug directly in the wall and the system boots normal. I previously had the Xbox One S plug into the monster surge protector strip with my TV. That was the problem. Microsoft rep told me that the Xbox Box One S has a built in surge protector.
    I going to use the Xbox One S today and if the problem does not return I will keep the Xbox One S. The Microsoft rep told me to exchange if the problem does return. Thank you for the help.
