    Hi,

    we bought a new Xbox S four weeks ago. Now we have a problem after playing about 22% of Lego City Undercover. The saved game is loaded, we can play the level and when it comes to the next level we see a black windows with a rotating DVD. The game does not
    goes further and we cannot play further.

    I have contacted the Xbox Support and we did at lot of tests, the Xbox should be ok.

    I than removed and installed the game with another new DVD, but the problem is still there.

    All other games are working fine.

    I have contacted the WB Games Support (LEGO Games) and they believe there is a problem with the saved data, but they cannot help me further.

    We always take care to not turn the game off while the game data is being saved, how can it happen that this data is now corrupted?

    Anyone did had the same problem and can help me to solve this?

    I had this problem on Xbox series x.
    I solved it by disabling Auto-HDR in Xbox settings.
    If it wouldn't help try to reduce the refresh rate down to 24 Hz.

    BTW: It is so sad that under someone's post about problems with LEGO games, no one has had any constructive response only some useless slogans.

    That game Lego City Undercover did indeed leave the Gamepass collection

    I recommend you all Lego games, very nice couch co-op games for young and old on one screen. Lego City Undercover is like Grand Theft Auto for kids
