Xbox One S problem with purchase Xbox or Xbox360 content

UPDATE: Now I can purchase old (and current) xbox content by console interface (missed to had press "Confirm" twice - sorry for that), but still can't use web page marketplace xbox for purchasing games.

So for now, for me problem is partially solved, but for me now it's little discomfort at all.

Hi Bokor, thanks for the help! Unfortunately the solution didn't work for me. I added my Paypal account but I can only use it to buy Xbox One content, both on website and store app. I just tested it.

For Xbox 360 content my Paypal account doesn't show up, only my credit card on file. Maybe Paypal Brazil wasn't supported on Xbox 360 but was added later to Xbox One. Hopefully the Paypal solution works for Vrynio.

I tried to buy this game via console shop, but purchase problem is stuck on animation - two green circles in center rolling.

I'm facing a similar issue here but only when I try to make a purchase through the Xbox Marketplace website. After I confirm the purchase, the screen freezes on the spinning circle and the transaction never gets completed.

It seems this issue doesn't happen with free items as I was able to redeem the free Games With Gold game and a few free DLCs from Crackdown today. Also, this issue started recently, about 1 week ago or less, as I was able to buy a few DLCs earlier last week
through the website.

Both games are backwards compatible and available in my country. I tried different browsers and devices, cleaned cache/cookies, but I got the same issue.

The only difference from the OP is that I was able to make other Xb360 purchases through my Xb1 without issues on the past few days. I still can't buy the games above because for some reason they are not showing up on the Xbox One Store app when I search
by name although they are backwards compatible.

I even see price in my currency and product description (details) in polish language. Billing info is correct because last time I purchased Xbox Live Gold for 12 month (but from console, not from web page) and everything went fine.
