Xbox One S power shuts off and restarts constantly. I bought 2 Xbox One S and both are broken

So if it isn't bad enough to buy one Xbox one s and play mid game and the console decides to reset itself how about 2 that did the exact same thing. I went though every troubleshooting step with no help. Both xbox one S consoles were broken out of box even
witnessed by Gamestop employees. I decided to just get a full refund when returning the last broken Xbox One S because I just don't want to buy a broken console again. YES Every troubleshoot was done and yes it was plugged into wall and same exact way my regular
xbox one has been set up for 3 years. I am very displeased with this horrible experience with the Xbox One S and hope others don't have to go through this although I am seeing other people begin to complain Bouton the console resetting itself. 3 times not
a charm for me. Very unsatisfied customer.

My Xbox one S keeps shutting off during the first update for the console during initial setup

Hi, I just bought my Xbox one S yesterday and during the setup where it has to update, after awhile it shuts off and I need to restart the update.

 

Xbox One S restarts on power-off

I use 2TB HDDs each and after a few updates, the Xbox One S device restarts every time I turn it off. Before the updates I turned it off, and the Xbox One S went off normally. I've already noticed if the power setting is for economy or fast linking, and
it's in the power saving option! I want a help to understand what happens with the Xbox One S ... Every time I turn the device off, it restarts and only after the second power off does the device really turn off.

 

I hear ya Danny! It's frustrating I know. Sometimes you get a lemon though. Nothing is perfect or guaranteed. Just like life my friend. Sorry you had such a bad experience.
