Xbox one S power on failure

Dear Microsoft,

Yesterday, my sisters Xbox one S would turn on get to the green loading screen and before it could get to the main menu the "shutdown tone" would sound and the xbox would turn off. Googling this problem lead us to unplug the power supply from the xbox for
a couple minutes and plug it back in, thinking it was power supply problem. After doing that it got worse, instead of getting to the green loading screen, it would only be on for about 5-10 seconds before the "shutdown tone" would happen. We have not been
able to find an answer on the web or in the forums, is there any solution that anyone knows of?

Xbox One S power failure

I have a Xbox One S, it power on for 1 second and then turns off... I already disconected for several minutes and tried to power on but it does not... I also tried a diferent outlet with same results... When I disconnect and conect it back the fan runs for
1 second and stop... Is there some thing I can do to fix it?
