    Xbox One S playing game problems!!!!


    I have a 1TB Xbox One S that I have purchased just over a year ago. When I first purchased it, I was able to play COD Black Ops 3 on it for quite awhile. It was a disc that I had purchased. Recently, my wife bought the Modern Warfare for it but when I install
    it and try to play it, it wont load. It starts at the beginning screen with the name of the game. It will not load from that point. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game about 5 times now and it still wont load. I have also purchased the download version
    of it and it still will not work.

    I am asking if anyone has seen this problem or better yet what do I need to replace in the console itself to fix the issue?

    Any assistance would be well appreciated.

    There won't be a problem. All Xbox One games work on all consoles, and all Xbox One players can play with each other whether they have the original Xbox One, One S or One X.

    Can both the XBox One X and Xbox One S play games for both the Series X and/or Series S?

    Xbox One games can be played on the Series S/X, but Series S/X games cannot be played on the One.
