    Im trying to buy Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 and everytime i try to buy it, an error message pops up-Oops were not sure what happened there please try again later- And i have tried everything i switched my region, i reseted my console, i even factory
    reseted it and it still doesnt work. I have enough money on my account and im trying to buy with paypal. the day i tried to buy Call Of Duty i had to pay for my game pass ultimate subscription and it worked but nothing else does. please help

    Please check on that page: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ if there´s an outstanding balance showing on one of your subs, payment options.

    If so please take a look into this on how clear it: https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/pay-past-due-balance-on-xbox-subscription
    . Once its cleared your able to redeem Codes again.

    If there´s none make sure your Payment options here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments?refd=account.microsoft.com are still valid. If there´s
    none added try to add a Payment Option like CC / Paypal.

    I am unable to receive the new Free with Gold game Deus Ex: Human Revoulution without having a payment method.

    You need to add a payment option to purchase it from the website any games including games with gold

    You can only do it without a payment option from a 360 console

    Xbox one doesn't not queue 360 games unless in s specific retro collection like capcom and Konami retro packs

    The xbox one only displays the xbox one marketplace visa versa with 360

    Only the website uses both and only xbox one marketplace doesn't use a payment option

    Then 360 webmarketplace requires a payment option paid or free
