Hola, tengo un problema con mi xbox one s. A mi consola se le daño la fuente de alimentacion, la pude cambiar pero cuando enciendo la xbox la pantalla se queda en negro y no muestra ninguna imagen pero si funciona, puedo abrir juegos, incertar los discos

existe la posibilidad de que se desconectara algo relacionado con el hdmi, pero no te alarmes primero identifica si no es el cable ya sea que no este bien conectado a la tv o consola, segundo intenta desconectar la consola y volver a enchufar de la corriente
eléctrica (si, como suena) tercero revisa que el cable hdmi no sea el dañado, una opción para verificar que todo funcione bien es usar la app de pc para pantalla remota (ya que es vía wifi y no requiere el hdmi), esto de dará la certeza de que si es un problema
de vídeo de la consola, luego de identificar el problema (y si la consola es la dañada) si aun cuentas con garantía y es necesario haz uso de ella, en caso de no tener garantía aun puedes enviar la consola a reparación en xbox (pero se te cobrará la reparación)

If after the troubleshooter doesn't work, you can go to
device support to set up a repair this will also show if it is in warranty. Other option is to request a call from support and set up a repair through them. Make sure try the troubleshooter, different HDMI cables etc.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
