Is the original Xbox one?

If yes, as I said previously you need to install first OSU 2 or 3 before OSU 1

So, try installing first OSU 2 and then OSU 1 (download the one available on the Step 5 using the offline update link shared previously

if the error appears again, install OSU 3 first and then OSU 1

Release date has been confirmed as August 2nd

Thank you for coming to the forums. I'm sorry to say but if the issue continues after power cycling then unfortunately the console will need to be repaired or replaced as from what I've seen E102 system errors will need to be fixed by certified Microsoft
technicians.

Did you try all of the OSU files? I believe there is OSU 1, OSU 2, and OSU 3 from the

OSU troubleshooting guide.

In regards to the OSU files, those are updated frequently, and are always up-to-date.

**However, the OSU does not carry the full update and you will still need to connect to Xbox Live to complete this process.**

The highlighted sentence - how do you figure that? The system update from Xbox Live for August 2019 is under half a gig. While the OSU1 file is 5.7gigs. How can it not be the full update? It takes you to the dash and everything works normally again - the
dash version corresponds to the July 2019 version however, not August. I suppose I'll have to wait on MS until they update OSU1 to the August 2019 OS version.

Osu is only ment to be iso for the xbox os so you can reinstall the os if something gets currupted. Not a update tool like the pushed updates
