    Xbox One S ordered never received - No help from support


    I have ordered this xbox one s on Nov 22nd, over 2 weeks no update from xbox shipment and UPS said they havent received it. looks like its lost in the air. I have never seen such a bad support team from xbox

    Didn't get my 15000 reward credits for buying Xbox one s on Microsoft.com .. not pending either

    i have ordered and received an Xbox one s from Microsoft. Mainly because of the 15,000 reward credits. I haven't received those yet and they're not pending please help, merry Xmas Xbox One S ordered never received - No help from support :)

    Never received $50 promo card

    I ordered an Xbox One S on Black Friday and it was supposed to come with a $50 promotional card. However, I never received the email containing it.

    Contact your CC company and get a full refund, or stop payment action.

    Once the funds are back under your full control, you're the Boss once more.

    So you should have a tracking number with UPS and say if it ever were registered by them?

    I used UPS a lot, like every week from amazon.co.uk - and they always blaim somebody else - so be aware.

    You ordered from Microsoft store - or this is nothing to do with Xbox/MS?

    Overall, it's christmas, and load on shipping companies are huge right now.

    As you should have received an order confirmation e-mail containing order details and order number within 24 hours of placing your order.

    I have a tracking number from UPS, and i contacted them too. According to UPS they havent received the package to ship. also i ordered the bundle, so everything else in the bundle came except the console. Xbox support is horrible, they are passing the ball.
    Now i am looking to make a complaint againt xbox. i will have to find out how. i ordered from Microsoft store.

    Yes, order from Microsoft store on Nov 22nd expecting to recive before christmas. i received all the bundle except the console. I have UPS tracking# but as per UPS its only documentation, they havent recived the console. Contacted support several time but
    the xbox support is horrible. I have to find out where to make a complaint again them!
