    Hello all, as xbox one S are so difficult to find in my area currently, I had ordered a console only online as a gift on 7/24 with an expected delivery date 8/13. The order status is still “pending” which will be cutting it close with delivery supposed
    to be next Thursday. Wondering if anyone else is in a similar situation or can give me any advice from their orders. The console did say in stock when I ordered but when I check back on microsoft, if I were to order now the date is much further back to 9/15
    so hopefully this isnt a back order situation. I have called the microsoft store a few times just to verify but get the run around and generic “dont worry” responses. Thank you all in advance and stay safe.

    Pre-ordered game and still cant access it

    Check your order at http://account.microsoft.com and make sure you did order the Series S/X version and not the One version.

    If the order is the Series S/X version, are you sure your console as a Series S and not a One S?
