Xbox One S order and 50,000 points

I had a mission where if I upgraded to an Xbox One S I would get 50,000 points but its been 20 days and I still don't have my rewards. Can I please have assistance?

I placed an order for a Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Bundle prior to Christmas 2016 as part of your pre-Christmas Reward Point promotion. However, I have still not received the expected 50,000 points.

Can you please investigate this?

I bought this Xbox One under the premise that i'd get 50,000 Microsoft rewards points

I ordered the xbox one through the Microsoft store instead of waiting until Black Friday because you offered free shipping and 50,000 Microsoft Rewards points for order placed before December 31, 2016, and a free games I'd ordered before October 1st. I placed
my order September 30th. I have yet to receive my 50,000 microsoft reward points. The order number is 9641915278. I really would like my 50,000 points.
