    You need to enable UHD colour on whatever input you have the Xbox one s. Its in the Samsung TV settings.

    Hi, I have a basic setup with my Xbox One S connected to a Samsung 19inch LCD TV via the official HDMI cable straight in the back. The other TV i tried it on that had no lines was a much larger Plasma TV. Maybe something to do with LCD`s.

    I find my xbox one s working while set on dvi and 640p resolution. But no display on 1080p and hdmi.

    Just to add i am using samsung smart 3d tv aand also tested my xbox one s on 2 other displays.. one pc monitor and one more smart tv

    I am having the same problem. I just bought the Samsung Q70T TV and Samsung soundbar Q70, i thought it might be my soundbar that was the problem but it sounds like its either the Dolby access software or hate to say our Samsung TV???

    I have a new Xbox One S.

    As I continue to troubleshoot this problem I will check back on this post.

    XBOX One and Samsung Smart TV

    The wired or wireless connection is handled through your router, not the Samsung Smart TV. Samsung Smart TV has nothing to do with Xbox One. Connect the Xbox One directly to your wireless or wired router, not your Samsung Smart TV.
