    Hi, I have had several issues with my xbox one s in the near past. I bought it used so I think thats where the problems are occuring from. At first Forza Horizon 4 kept crashing which I managed to resolve but now whenever I go to turn my xbox one on all
    I get is a black screen and nothing else, no matter how long I wait. It's not the cables because if I go into troubleshoot mode I can see that on my tv. I figured it would be a failed update or something similair thats causing the issue. So I donwloaded the
    update onto a usb drive thats formated to NTSF and I went into troubleshoot mode and selected update xbox offline. But it has not progressed whatsoever. It's still at 0% and says "Preparing console..." it's been like this for over an hour now. My xbox has
    been in this unusable state for a couple of days now, I tried most youtube methods but none of them worked. Any help would be appreciated.

    I understand, this is frustrating...

    I know it's not the best choice, but I guess you should try to select the option that erases everything and see whats happen, if the screen is going to freeze again or not.

    If you have an external HD, you can use it to transfer your games.

    Hi, so I tried to factory reset my xbox, I went into troubleshoot mode and chose keep games and apps. But when I clicked "A" on keep games and apps. It just froze. It became unresponsive and didn't do anything. The screen stayed on where you choose whether
