    Xbox One S Offer points not earned


    I attempted to take advantage of the Xbox One S Offer which says you have to own an original Xbox one, and purchase your first xbox one s. I clicked the link in the rewards offer and made my purchase last month, but I do not see the points applied.

    One thing I noticed when purchasing, the Rewards offer included a code for expedited shipping, but the code would not be accepted, so I had to take regular shipping...

    I'm pretty sure I qualify for the offer, and did everything I was instructed, did I do something wrong? I sure would hate to miss out as this was a key factor in my decision to upgrade.

    Hello Guys,

    I recently purchased a xbox one s console bundle that includes a 50,000 rewards points offer and I have not received the points yet. I activated the xbox one s on my gamertag and no points so far.

    I spoke with Noelle-An S. from xbox support and they suggested that I create a post here. My Reference number is 1364405283.

    • Rewards app and points offers are available only on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
    • Buying items from the Microsoft Store on Xbox or searching on Bing.com may not earn points in all countries or regions.
    Still If you have any problems with the Microsoft Rewards app, or with earning points or redeeming them for rewards, go to Microsoft Rewards support

    You earn the points as you earn the achievements during that offer, not after the offer.

    Unfortunately you can only earn these points if you purchase and Xbox one S console from the Microsoft On-line Store. You earn points for every dollar you spend with Microsoft.

    It was one of the Hall of Fame offers. The points would have been added to your Rewards account while you earned the gamerscore.
