Xbox one S odd power up

Discus and support Xbox one S odd power up in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So here goes , my xbox had a power up issue.     Xbox one S odd power up


    So here goes , my xbox had a power up issue. I pressed the power button casually but after 1 second my xbox shut back down . I pressed the power again and then it worked like nothing happened . Nothing to worry about , I thought . But it occured again
    ... 3 times even , so I tried to reset the internal power supply and it didnt happen after I did that . So I was wondering why it occured and if it will occur again ? Do I have anything to worry about or I fixed the problem ?

    Heya SenpaiGabeN.

    Odd that you're experiencing this trouble on both the original Xbox One and Xbox One S. To check, do you have your Xbox One plugged directly into a wall outlet or are you using a power strip? Power strips aren't supported and can sometimes cause performance
    issues.

    Thanks for the response and confirmation.

    He has a Xbox One at this Mams and a Xbox One S with me - both connected to the one Xbox Live account (mine). The Xbox One S will be replaced with the new Xbox Series X. He would find it odd if the days leading up to Xmas he was unable to use his current Xbox One S... and drive me crazy.

    That's an odd issue! Do you won an Xbox One or an Xbox One S? Let's start by trying each of these steps:

    1. Press and hold the power button until your Xbox One console fully powers down.
    2. Remove power from the back of the console and let it sit for 3 minutes.
    3. After the time has passed, plug everything back in and give it another shot!

    Let us know how it goes!
