Xbox one s not working update fails.

I have similar errors with xbox one S. At the same date started to fail.

I also change the hdd, and the offline update didn´t work. They said that the xbox is out of warranty because is from 2016, but the update was this year!

if possible please try the next steps

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Plug the power cord back in.
4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for
   two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. Note If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any “power-down” chirps, that also means this failed. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the
   second power-up tone. This should show a menu with the option to factory reset the console, if it does not please try the steps again

If that fails then you could return the console to the store where purchased and exchange it, if still within the exchange period.

If outside the exchange period then I suggest contacting Xbox Support to see if they have any other steps to try and if they don't have steps then requesting a repair/replacement is the only option left, since you mentioned the console was purchased recently
this likely will be within warranty.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue with updating your Xbox One S. Should the factory reset attempt fail, then I recommend that you try performing an offline system update to the console since it is consistently failing time after
time the usual way. You'll need access to a PC, a flash drive with at least 6 Gb and about 15-20 minutes approximately to spare to get the file. I've done this recently myself and can attest that it isn't so bad!

Select "I need to update my console offline", then your type of console, get the OSU1 file downloaded to your PC by clicking the green link #2 of the steps on the page that follows.

Is that really how Xbox works these days? A failed update causes an entire (collection of) game(s) to be uninstalled with no warning or even a notification afterwards? Who designed it this way? That might be one of the stupidest design choices in history
and from a company with billions in resources too.
