    XBOX One S not turning one


    Hi there

    Bought an XBOX one S today, and it is not turning on. On button flashes for a second then nothing.

    Have taken cords out waited for an hour to be sure, plugged it back in, checked the the powerpoint, changed the HDMI port, still nothing. Any ideas of how to fix this without taking it back to the shop where it was purchased?

    Try leaving it unplugged longer than 10 seconds (5 minutes). Try a different electrical outlet. If you are plugged into a power strip try plugging it into the wall outlet.

    If none of that works contact
    Xbox Support     and set it up for a repair.
