I am using Xbox one s and it's not turning on . I can't find any service center in Mumbai.

can I get any contact no or address for authorise repair of Xbox.

please see this link for all the steps on how to try and troubleshoot the issue:

If none of the steps work then please follow the steps on that link on how to set up a Repair request (which needs to be set up via the appropriate website or via Xbox Support (Phone or Microsoft Support Chat)

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with the Xbox One S not turning on. I recommend to try the following article: Your
Xbox One X, Xbox One S, or original Xbox One console won't turn on.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

Try leaving it unplugged longer than 10 seconds (5 minutes). Try a different electrical outlet. If you are plugged into a power strip try plugging it into the wall outlet.

If none of that works contact
Xbox Support and set it up for a repair.
