    Xbox One S not staying on


    My Xbox One S will power up for about 10 seconds then shut off. On occasion it will register on the TV and hit the green loading screen but it always shuts off again before loading fully. It was bought in 2016 and has only been played for about 100 hours.
    I have tried a different HDMI cable and plugging it in directly to the wall outlet. Anyone ever experienced something similar? Any ideas to fix it? Thanks in advance!

    Give this guide a shot and see if it helps with troubleshooting.
    Xbox One Wireless Controller won't power on     If not, you may need to check on the controller's warranty status and get it repaired or replaced, which you can do from the support article
