Xbox one S not sending hdmi signal

Ok guys so i was playing Apex Legends and it booted me from the game. I tried reopening the game but it wouldn’t. After trying to click on the game a few more times and it not doing anything i clicked to restart the system, which took longer than i believe
it normally would but it could have been my imagination. Since the restart the console turns on but doesn’t send any kind of signal to my tv as well as both my controllers blink when on as if not connecting and trying to connect them via the connecting button
or via cord has not worked. Ive tried different hdmi cords and what not. When i hold power and eject to start in low res mode i never get the second “beep” you’re supposed to hear. Has my hdd gone bad? Could it just be a problem with the hdmi system inside
the xbox? Pls help thank you in advance!

This issue might be cause by several reasons:

The HDMI cable is faulty.

Inspect the HDMI cable for damage. Also verify that the cable is plugged in and seated properly.
There's a device between your Xbox One and your TV.

Your Xbox One can't determine the resolution of your TV.

The Xbox One X and Xbox One S consoles send digital audio and video signals to your TV through the HDMI cable, and your TV sends signals back to the consoles in constant two-way communication. One of the messages the TV sends is extended display identification
data (EDID). The EDID describes the modes, resolutions, and refresh rates that the TV supports. The Xbox One acknowledges the EDID and then sends the picture at the best possible resolution for the TV.

I have this exact same issue, but with an Epson projector. The problem can be resolved if you disable the instant on function. I believe the issue is the fact that the xbox sends the first power signal, then cuts the hdmi signal, then sends the second power
signal. When the hdmi signal is cut, it cancels out the first power signal, making me press power on the projector remote once to get it all the way off.

I have my XBOX One S plugged into the HDMI 2.0 port, as it is labeled right on the back of the TV which HDMI port supports 2.0. I do believe the HDMI mode is not selectable on my TV, which is the reason why I have yet to get my XBOX to do anything at 4k.
The TV auto-detects what it being sent to it, which is 1080p because the XBOX won't actually send out a 4k signal to make it switch.
