    Xbox One S not saving games


    Got the Xbox One S for my kids recently and for some reason which I can't figure out it won't save their game data for games like Lego Dimensions and other games where you can save your progress. We've made sure to save the game before exiting or quitting
    the game, but when we go back in a few days later they've got to start from the beginning again. Any tips or suggestions as to what we might be doing wrong?

    Xbox one s not saving my info

    Hi,

    My son has just got a new Xbox one s and is having the following problem

    I have set up a Ms account for him used it to sign in to the console It then asked for a parent to set up a profile that I did and everything was working fine for a day, the next morning he tried to continue with he's game only to find he's profile had completely
    disappeared but my profile (parent) was still there, can anyone please help me with this?

    threre s a lot people having this problem i haven t this problem yet on my xbox one console but i will keep close eye on my xbox one. if your xbox one is on instant on mode try to put your xbox one on energy saving mode. the reason why i havent
    this problem because my xbox one is on energy saving mode.

    Game save transfers to Xbox One S or Scorpio

    Saves are automatically sync'ed between systems, if you buy an xbox one s it would be like playing on an xbox one. You won't notice a difference in how games access save files, plug in the new system and download your profile. Boot up a game and wait while
    the game syncs, your save data will then be available offline as well.

    Every time you see the sync your system is sync'ing your offline save with your cloud save, and it will work the same on S and Scorpio.

    I think for kids, an XBOX One S is enough. You just want to play and graphics is good on the S as well. Better to save money and invest in more games for the little ones.

    Provided you keep your Xbox One online your game saves, profile, and dash settings are all saved in the cloud. All you'll need to do is sign in on the new console. With the games if you have them on an external drive, all you have to do is move that drive
    to the new One S and they should be playable. If you're not using an external drive then you'll either need to just redownload / reinstall them on the Xbox One S, or you'll need to purchase an external drive and move the games from the Xbox One to that, then
    plug the drive into the One S.

    If it is a disk game and you are trying to transfer to an xbox one s digital or the xbox series s then no you are waisting your time

    Those are digital only consoles and disks installs require the bluesy or dvd to validate the install

    Digitally purchased game's can be transfered to save time yes

    If it's to an xbox one x or regular xbox one s or xbox series x disk and digital will work with them

    And no, I do not think that it`s something that is possible to do.

    It`s not even possible to transfer game saves from a 360 to a One.
