Xbox one s not responding

I have an Xbox One S and when I turn on the device, the list of accounts appears, then I choose the account, then the device does not respond at all

What is the solution to this problem,

should I change the hard disk?

The power button doesn't work for me, turn on the xbox with the controller

Is there another solution?

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We need to perform troubleshooting steps first. To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

The last resort is to reset the console, however, it requires accessing or pressing the Xbox button as well.

Thank you for responding I use a Xbox One S and for my headset I use a PHOINIKAS model H1.

Yes unable to complete reset, screen getting stuck on reset and after some time console is getting off by it self and not restarting.

With USB-- its not picking up the USB.
