on xbox one s i recieve messages from people but i dont recieve game invites or party invites

I have an open nat

Tried hard resetting Xbox

Tried alternating MAC address

Tried disconecting wireless from Xbox and reconnecting to wireless

Tried removing user account and re-adding

Tried hard resetting router

Didn't have an issue with my day one edition Xbox but only with S

I was on the xbox for over 2 hours last week. they said to do a full system restore and nothing changed. I don't get game or party invites. I get messages. People get game and party invites from me. If I switch my IP address from auto to manual or manual
to auto, I get them. But I power off the xbox and when I turn it back on the same problem. Here is my case report number from last week.

Firstly i apologize for the last response.

Have you tried checking what your NAT Type is? This dictates what you can do with others online.

To check your NAT Type follow these steps

1. Scroll left on your home screen
2. Select Settings
3. Select All Settings
4. Select Network
5. Select Network Settings

The Network screen is divided into three columns, Look under the second column "Current Network Status" You should your
NAT type. If it is set to moderate or strict then please take a look at the page linked below on information to solve the problem

I am having the same problem. My NAT says open and I did all the port forwarding in my router.

It wasn't happening until about a month ago

 

Same issue here, tried everything I could google (hard resets, port forwarding, static IP, system cache, blue ray storage, account deletion and recovery).

I just want to know how to fix it : (

 

I'm in the exact same boat as of a few days ago. Did everything possible that you listed as well with no luck.

 

I've been having the same problem for months. It's very frustrating. I've tried every "fix" the internet had to offer.
