    Xbox One S not booting. Please Help.


    I bought my xbox one s preowned and when I turned it on it says "System Error: E106 00000009 C0000102" OS Version: 18363.8119.amd64fre.19h1_release_xbox_dev_1911.191119-133. I believe the previous owner enrolled in the insider program and I can't unenroll because it will not boot up. Any suggestions on what to do? I've tried factory resetting it and it won't work, I've tried offline system update and it gets stuck at 1%. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Can you try Holding the sync button on the console while it boots to see if this fixes your problem.
