Xbox One S not booting - No Signal

Ever since this morning my Xbox one S refuses to boot up, when I boot up the console it only gets to "No signal". I have tried the following:

Checking the HDMI cable, tried another cable and also tried another monitor but no luck.

Tried holding the power button for 10 seconds to power it off and back on but did not work.

I tried holding the power and eject button at the same time, I got a black screen and after about 10 minutes it booted and I was able to get into the console but this only worked once this morning. I haven't been able to get on the console again.

Holding down the eject and power buttons give me no second beep and does not get me into low res mode or troubleshooting mode, holding the bind and eject buttons and then tapping the power also does not work either.

I have tried countless online guides but none of them seem to work.

Lastly, I took apart the console carefully and cleaned all of the dust with a brush, ensuring I do not damage any components. It was very dusty as I have had the console for almost 4 years. The airflow sounds better, but the issue still persists.

I just want to note that I have put the console in eco mode before to use less energy, however I am not sure if it was running an update and then without knowing, the console was put off and then the software got corrupted. I want to reset to factory but cant get to the troubleshooting screen. I don't think its the HDMI as I got in earlier today. Not sure if the HDD is going faulty though.

Any advice would be deeply appreciated!

Unfortunately this did not fix the issue, as I do not get the second beeps at all.

Is there anything else I can attempt?

yes, request the repair, in your case you will need a technician to analyze the xbox personally. Microsoft does not encourage players to provide any technical advice as we only have basic knowledge on the subject.

Is there a picture of the Xbox that says "Your TV signal is lost"? If so, that means the Xbox is booting up with the TV app. Press B to return to the main menu.

If there is just a blank screen on the TV when your Xbox is turned on, then try all of the possible troubleshooting steps listed here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/tv-or-monitor-screen-is-blank-while-connected

If you are indeed out of options, then it seems that the console will need to be sent in for repair. Possibly the HDMI port on the console has broken if the power supply shows white.

I have a Vizio P55-C1 and am experiencing the same issue. I also have the project Scorpio edition Xbox One X. I have tried different hdmi cables, power outlets, and boot up sequences. Nothing has worked. My previous Xbox one never had this issue and would
turn on the same TV without any issues. Please assist Xbox or community.
