Xbox One S noisy

Hi,

I bought a new xbox one s last week. I think my xbox do noise, the fan produce a rare sound all the time.

I'm hoping to join the world of Xbox tomorrow... looking to purchase the Battlefield 1 bundle.

I have a quick question for anyone out there with an Xbox One S

I have read quite a lot of posts regarding the noise of the fan, is this a widespread problem?

Hey there Armkiller,

It sounds like the fan may be off it's bearing and most likely happened during shipping. Since you just purchased the console a week ago, we'd suggest exchanging it for a new console that doesn't have the noise issue.
