    I have a Xbox one S 1TB that I bought at gamestop last year and about 2 months ago I moved my TV to a different room and when I connected my xbox back up it was is the lowest resolution then I went to settings to chamge it and it gave ke no other option
    so I changed some other setting to HDMI and it put it back to 1080p but after turnimg the xbox off then back on again its in low reolution again and only comes on for 5-10 seconds then i get no signal but xbox is still on. Ive tried all the basic steps of
    trying different ports, different HDMI cords and 3 different tv’s. I get the same results with everything I try, I get the green xbox screen for about 5 seconds them no signal. Ive also tried resetting by holding power with eject, powerimg on then holding
    eject+bind and holdimg bind+eject then powering on and waitimg for two beeps. I even bought a usb and tried doing it by downloading the #systemupdate and following those steps. Any advice would be appreciated. Im guessing sending it to be fixed is my next
    step which i wont do. It maies my 5th xbox that malfunctioned and i wont be paying for anymore services.

    +1 from me. Xbox One (no S) works on the menu but signal is lost when starting the main feature.

    Just tested two other controllers still very poor signal. Conclusion or my console i faulty or xbox one have s..t signal range overall which would not be very good news

    Hdr washed out colors and dimmer during hdr content

    it seems to be an issue on many different tv models so it's definitely an Xbox one S firmware problem not receiving the HDR signal correctly

    How does the xbox one s know to upscale or input game info to 4k, if the games are not the 4k version?

    Xbox One S has a 1080p output for this game with HDR. You TV upscale input video signal to 4K, if it not a 4K or less.

    I just dropped it off at a place to get it looked at and fixed. I bought it used and im the 3rd owner so I figure the warranty was done.
