    I bought xbox one s 2tb at launch, it was working fine on my full hd samsung led tv (5 series), playing almost everyday, and week ago i bought new tv. Samsung tv 7series suhd 4k. I set the resolution to 4k, Console was working fine on my old tv (1080p),
    After playing forza horizon 3 demo and fifa 17 demo i lost signal, i rebooted and got the signal back, but when i turned on console the next time i wanted to play, i could know get the signal, tried diffrent hdmi cables and tvs but no signal on screen, every
    possible way to fix but no way to be found to fix the problem.

    I personally think that having console on 4k resolution for few days or playing new games demos like forza horizon 3 and fifa 17 got graphic adaptor or hdmi port something that triggered this issue. Lets hope that this does not happens when i receive it
    back.

    What do you think guys, since console was set to 4k resolution may have break down hdmi or graphic adapter on it ? Why do i think like that? Yes, because it has been working fine on 1080p on my samsung 5 series and just few days on 4k and no signal problem
    showed up !

    Console is sent to repair 3 days ago and waiting now.

    Any type of help or ideas are welcome.

    no signal on initial setup

    My brother got an xbox one s today and has no signal. all inputs are in the proper spots and he tried it on two tvs. any fixes?

    3d blu ray problems

    My xbox one S no longer plays 3d blu ray movies. Any 3d blu ray movie fails to proceed past the trailers and blanks my display out with NO Signal.

    I have not changed any hardware - xbox one s - provided hdmi cable, LG 4k TV - no recent firmware updates.

    I've tried swapping cables, swapping hdmi ports all to no avail.

    Since you've already sent your console in for service, there's not much to discuss or do at this point.

    The GPU may have went defective, a power supply issue occurred, maybe there's a technical specification that your TV may not support (4K support with games requires 4K@60Hz), or something else may have happened.

    Its one of the best models of samsung 7 series i have, i had all green checked on xbox one s settings 4k details. I am 100% sure that tv is not the problem. I agree with you that GPU may have went defective or power supply issue occurred.

    I had the same issue yesterday with my Xbox one I've had it years and never had any issues with it i was able to fix it a really old school way but don't know that this will work for you but it can't hurt to try. after turning on my Xbox one and having no signal i rest my console checked all of my HDMI port's and after still having no signal i unplugged it from power and HDMI and dusted it off and blew Air into the HDMI port. and then plugged everything back in and then turned it on and got a signal

    Update: I tried to sync it with a different xbox one s and it does the exact same thing, so it seems the remote signal output for this soundbar and probably many other Samsung soundbars since they most likely use the same remote signals is incorrect from
    the xbox. Hopefully this is fixed in the next system update.
