Xbox One S No Power on

My Xbox One S power is not Turning on. It is in warranty Period but i not find out service center nearby me in India.

I got a new Xbox one s, they s the first time I pulled out of the box and want to connect but unfortunately the console does not turn on lights only briefly light switch and nothing happens. I tried to book the adapter according to the instructions and do
not give it.

I m try but i got error message There are no service offers associated with selected problem/accessory type.
