Xbox One S Network Problems

hello i have a problem with xbox one. It has already been in assistance. He can not connect to the home network and if I try to set a fixed ip (192.168.1.22) the xbox me change it a second later in (168.254.211.225) why? I have to ask for the replacement
of the console?

I had similar wi-fi/network recognition problems across multiple Xbox One S consoles. Would also get randomly kicked off of Live with frequent disconnects. Ended up returning those Xbox One S consoles and haven't bought an Xbox since.

was hoping this issue would be resolved with the Xbox One X, but it looks like that's not the case. Guess I'll be holding off on getting the X for awhile now.

and it's so weird, because as other posters here have said, other devices can connect to the same network with no problems.

 

Xbox One not staying connected, or connecting at all, to the internet

Briefly: We have two consoles, but only one of them has connection problems.

My husband recently moved to Canada from the US, and brought his Xbox One S with him. I have an original Xbox One as well. He never had problems connecting to his network back in the US, but now his Xbox One S almost never connects to our wireless network
here, and if it does, it deletes the network the next time we boot it up. My own Xbox One has never had problems like this, and none of our other devices do, either. Even when we know the internet is working fine, the Xbox One S says it can't connect to the
internet.

We factory reset the console (without deleting any of the game files) to see if maybe it was a matter of the region having changed, but that didn't change anything. What could the solution be?

What type of network hardware are you using to connect your Xbox One S to your network? If you haven't already, please test a wired connection to see if there's any change with your console's connection. Let us know how it goes
