Xbox One S: Multiplayer Connection Decline

It's on xbox one s console. No problems hearing friends on mic and such. But when we go online on multiplayer, it kicks me and says connection is to slow.

The decline in Mass Effect 3's multiplayer was and is caused by several reasons.

1. Unpatched cheats/exploits that allow players to breeze through even the top level difficulties.

2. The repetitive and unchanged nature of the multiplayer.

3. The lack of new content. Bio has stopped with their new characters/maps so it is getting increasingly stale.

Also, make sure you have ALL of the free multiplayer map packs downloaded else you will find very, very few people playing as you must have the same packs as others to even connect to them. Hope this helps!

To be clear, did you buy a One S or a Series S? Does it have a disc drive?

You shouldn’t get any upgrade prompts on a One S, X/S games will not run on a One S, if you upgraded the game to the X/S version, so if you have One S, you should decline upgrades

i already try the solutions of the link, my problem is focus on windows, but the xbox one can not connect to the online mode either, i tested the multiplayer service in my friend´s xbox, and i tried to
fix this issue on pc, my internet provider told me that the xbox service is capable of block you of the multiplayer service by the ip of the network by the ip which i tried to connect, is that true?
