Again links that do not help me fix the issue or provide me phone numbers just more redirecting which leads me in circles

To activate the headphones, attach the cuffue to the pad. Press the Xbox symbol go to addict and it should be under the words settings setting the headphones. Maybe they're all at 0 that doesn't compute. If in case it does not work it tries to call assistance
as they have already said to many

Any recomendations from anyone on what I should do next? Im just at a loss at this point on what to do next.

I did do a soft reset of system too and that didnt fix it.

I don't know if it'll help, as you say the combination of controllers and headsets works at a friends console, but I'm using a

Plantronics RIG 400HX, which is a reasonably priced gaming headset, which is officially licensed for Xbox One.

I've tried it on my Xbox One X (which is enrolled in the Insider Preview), and my wife's Xbox One (my original Day One console from 2013 and has the official system software), and the headset works on my Elite Controller, a "normal" controller that came
with my X, and my wife's Gears of War Special Edition controller on her Xbox One.

Maybe it's worth a try to try a different headset model, as several people seem to have issues with Turtle Beach headsets working fine, then not working.

Also, just to cover all bases: You did make sure that your controllers all have the most up to date firmware? You can check that by launching the Xbox Accessory App on your console.

Also, if you want to try pre-release software versions (which means, you get the system version that's scheduled for next month's update earlier), you can download the Xbox Insider App, and sign up your console for the Insider Preview.

BE AWARE however, that while the Preview might (or might not, yet) fix the headset issue, you are installing unfinished pre-release software on your console, and other issues might appear, and they require you to file feedback with the Insider App about
these issues. When sending feedback through the App, the app will collect system information and send it in along for the engineers to check what could cause this behavior, so it can be fixed more quickly.

The Insider Preview has several "rings" to choose from. The lowest ring is the most stable version, closest to what's being released next, but has fewer experimental new features and fixes, via Beta ring, which has more untested (and possibly problematic)
functions.

Unless you're a regular participant with a lot of past feedback, the Alpha and Alpha skip ahead rings are unavailable to you, but feature the latest new features, which are even more likely to be broken.

So you can choose for yourself how "unstable" you want your system software to be, and how much you want to test new stuff.
