Xbox One S menu loading problem

After the last update , my menu just doesn't load anything. When I mean that... is that my friend list , my profile(I can log into it , just can't change anything) , my notifications , my captures , messages , gamerpics , and even some apps are not oppening
, like the...Store. And I can't contact the support because my problem is too specific. I really don't know what to do , and hard reset doesn't solve this problem.

Are you part of the Xbox Insider Preview program? If so you would need to report via the console. Press and hold the Xbox button on the controller till the what would you like to do? screen comes up and select report a problem.

You can also try doing a factory reset, keeping all games and apps. Open the guide, go to settings, system, console info, reset console and select the reset keeping all games & apps option

Can't open Insider , not even do a factory reset because of connection problems.

343 just needs to fix the game from there end I'm having problems loading the Halo 4 mission (Shutdown) it tries to load then it puts me in menus :s?

I have the same problem with downloaded NBA 2K14. Going to any game mode, it goes to a loading screen forever. There is no notification of an error. It just keeps loading until I exit out to the Xbox One menu and close the game.

I also can't restart it because it's an Xbox one S and there is no eject button to press. Additionally, one of the issues is that it doesn't show up on the TV as a result I can't even select the factory reset option because I wouldn't be able to see the recovery menu when it would load up
