Xbox One S menu issue

Discus and support Xbox One S menu issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can’t navigate the menu on both of my Xbox One S. To be clear I have 2 Xbox One S with the same problem.     Xbox One S menu issue


    I can’t navigate the menu on both of my Xbox One S. To be clear I have 2 Xbox One S with the same problem. The controllers won’t let me select the down direction. I get the same result using 3 different controllers.

    UHD 4K Planet Earth 2 not playing properly in Xbox One S

    Having Bought a New copy of Planet Earth 2 UHD 4K version I then was looking at a suitable player to use with it. General comments were that although not the best the Xbox one S was the cheapest option.

    My experience is dissapointing as neither disc will play properly. It just loops the opening Pre-menu footage again and again and No menu. This appears to be a common problem with Planet Earth 2 Ultra HD BR and Xbox one S

    Where does the problem lie ? is the Software/hardware on the Xbox one S not compliant with the standards.

    Is Planet Earth 2 UHD version not mastered properly ?

    Very dissapointing experience and it seems that it is just the Xbox One S player that has this issue with the discs.

  3. HDR not working in-game, Xbox One S

    I have HDR enabled on my TV and Xbox One S. HDR works on the Xbox One S for youtube/netflix just fine. however it is not working in any of my games. If the game has an HDR option in the options menu, such as Battlefront II, the option is grey and is not
    able to be selected.

    Please help me. All settings in Xbox One S settings menu and on the TV are configured correctly. HDR is working, but not in-game.

    To clarify, how are you attempting to navigate? Have you used the D pad, the left joystick, or the left and right triggers?

    The problem fixed it's self so far. I used the 3 different original xbox controllers. All buttons except the down button worked fine. I even hooked a controller into the XIM4 mouse keyboard switch and I still get to same problem using the keyboard.

    I think I am part of the Xbox insider preview. Even know this problem was resolved it's self on both Xboxs, I am curious about how it happened.

    I think I am part of the Xbox insider preview. Even know this problem was resolved it's self on both Xboxs, I am curious about how it happened.
