Xbox One S makes noise, freezes and shuts down completely

I recently purchased the Xbox One S and its giving me a problem when I'm playing games. The system makes a "brrr" noise, then the games freezes and the system turns off. Sometimes the Xbox even shuts down when I'm not playing any game and I'm just on the
Home screen. I've tried restarting and reseting the console, unplugging the power cables for 30 seconds and nothing seems to be working. I can only play a game for about 20-30 minutes before the system turns off. Any help? Or should I just send back the system
to microsoft?

Some games turn off xbox one s

Mostly my Xbox one s works well. However on some games like fortnite and rainbow six seige it freezes. When it freezes the Xbox is still on but I can't do anything. After about 10 seconds it shuts down. When it shuts down it doesn't make the normal noise
but it makes a noise like something internally is broken. Strangely, when the Xbox is off the controller stays on. It is really annoying as I literally can't play fortnite at all. Please help!

The first thing to check will be that your console has
adequate ventilation and that it is also that the power cable is connected directly to the wall outlet. If after this the console is still switching off unexpectedly please follow this
support guide to hopefully find the reason for the console shutting down.

 

Yes the console has adequate ventilation and the power cable is connected directly to the wall outlet. I've done everything and the problem still persists.

 

My xbox one s is currently having this problem i have good ventelation ive completly reset my xbox to factory default ive switched plugs ive done just about everything that there is and no luck did you ever find the problem? There dosent seem to be any
other post with this problem
