XBox one S - Madden 19

Hello,

Just bought an xbox one S so my 12 year old could play Plants vs Zombie's II garden warfare.

It works great and he loves it!

Now we have Madden 19 on disc and can't get the video to come up. It's black screen with audio.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's a known issue that they've been working on. You'll want to keep an eye on the status alert to see when it should be cleared up - Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage

Sorry to hear about your Madden, let's try to get you back online. As it is happening for both versions of Madden, it sounds like it could be an issue connecting with EA servers. Please test your connection by going to Settings>Network> Network Settings>Test

Have you tried to quit the game and reinsert the disc? Have you also tried to power cycle the console?
