    XBOX ONE S losing controller signal mid game


    Whats going on any info on this or anyone experiencing this?

    I hard reset my xbox and it synced up but disconnected again 5mins into a game

    still no fix after the patch, but hey, at least we get a battery indicator

    So I wanted to add this too,

    The controller is only disconnecting when I have my XB chat adapter from my Astro A50 headset plugged in.

    When I have the chat adapter not plugged in it does NOT disconnect...

    Controller disconnects without headset involved as well.

    did you update the controller firmware ? there was one on release date after you updated the console.

    Everything is up to date, waited in line for support chat and they told me its a known issue. And working on a update for it... so till then ill basically have to deal with it.
