Xbox One S losing connectivity

I recently purchased a new xbox one S off of amazon and it was working perfectly. I bought Black Ops 4 and played it for days but it slowly got to the point where I was disconnecting from games. Now its at the point where I can't get through a single game
without losing connection to the game and then connection to Xbox Live. This only happens on multiplayer games and I've not had a problem with this before. Is there a way to fix this or is this a hardware problem in my Xbox? Ive already looked through all
of the troubleshooting on the Xbox support page. Also my xbox connects to my wifi perfectly fine.

Is this a wifi connection? There’s currently a fix being tested in the Insider Program. Hopefully it’s rolled out to a wide release soon.

It pops up that UPnP isnt successful and for the most part that I havent really noticed a difference in it working or not when I am gaming. That said, I dont have access to the modem settings to make any changes that could fix the experience I am having
with my console.

So got into modem settings.

UPnP is enabled, but not connecting to the console.

Factory Reset (without deleting games/apps) to redo the entire setup. No change.

Currently doing hard reset as suggested.

Cant power cycle the modem with the other consoles going and no break coming along to interrupt their gaming. Maybe in the morning if the reset doesnt work.
