liga a luz do botão dá um bip e desliga
está no primeiro ano da garantia estendida de dois anos
comprado na Americanas.com pelas lojas Americanas com Nota Fiscal em Mãos
e não estou conseguindo o código do envio no suporte da Microsoft
não tem loja da Microsoft em Aracaju - Sergipe / Brasil
o meu console está registrado e o suporte identifica o Número de Série e a data termino da garantia em 20/04/2021
mais o suporte não conclui a operação e não libera o código de envio pelos correios
espero uma solução da Microsoft, até entendo que está demorando para retornar,
mais no meu caso a Microsoft não está recebendo o meu equipamento

não está cumprindo com a garantia
