Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are seeking a way to play a game you own across multiple platforms.

There are different variations of games for Windows 10, and Xbox. So you would need to have that version of the game in order to play it on its respective device.

The only instance where this would be different is if you were using an
Xbox Play Anywhere title. However, you would still be unable to play this game on your Xbox One and your Windows 10 device simultaneously due to having your account signed in on both devices in order to use this game.

Instead, you would have to configure the console you wish to play on as your
Home Xbox. This would then allow any one on that console to be able to play digital games installed on that console, without you having to be signed in.

You would then be able to sign in on the Windows 10 device with your account, to launch the game, and then have an account that is not the one you are currnelty using on your Windows 10 device signed in on the Xbox console to be able to play this game on
both devices at the same time.

I hope this was able to clear up any confusion or turmoil thsi might have caused.

There is no Bluetooth radio component in the Xbox One S console itself.

The controllers connect to the Xbox One S the same way the controllers connect to the original Xbox One: proprietary RF. You could technically connect an Xbox One S controller to an original Xbox One, and an original Xbox controller to the Xbox One S.

The Bluetooth functionality in the new Xbox One S controller is specifically made for connecting the controller to a Windows 10 PC with the "Anniversary" update, which has the drivers needed for the controller when connected via Bluetooth.
